Considering the changes that have had to be made due to the current covid-19 outbreak, i was treated very kindly and respectfully. The area was clean and safety precautions were in place to protect the receptionist, nurse as well as myself. As you are given a time to come there is no one else waiting to be seen at the same time. This meant my personal and private information was protected and i felt comfortable and confident asking any questions and getting the service i needed. I am overall satisfied with my visit as the nurse was very helpful in explaining everything i needed to know about the service.
