i am very pleased with how well the staff spoke and treated me. firstly i spoke to a lady on reception called lauren and she was extremely helpful and had lovely manners and customer service skills. i then got seen by a nurse called Chris! i can’t explain how helpful and kind she was, she made sure i felt comfortable speaking over the phone for my consultation and also made sure i got the best customer service. i highly recommend the brook liverpool for help, because they make u feel at ease and are so helpful. Also with the current circumstances the area down the stairs was cleaned thoroughly and also had hand sanatiser stations. when the nurse brought down my pill the lady handed me it on a silver trolley remaining 2 metre distance while wearing gloves and masks.
