Staff were really helpful and friendly. Receptionist were really friendly. I had consultations/treatment with Shana, Claire and Tracy and they were all amazing. Really friendly, took their time with me and I felt really comfortable with all three. Great service!

Every time I come here I leave with a smile on my face no matter the situation because of how lovely and warm the staff are.
Clare today was an angel and so so kind. She made me feel so comfortable and relaxed she is the PERFECT kind of person for something like this and exactly the kind of nurse you need to see when feeling anxious or stressed about something intimate.
I cannot say enough how amazing the Brook team are <3
