Nothing good, carers should always look at phone to make sure the care that is needed is done rather that not look at all. If making patient independent on washing them should make sure the house is left with dirty clothes put in machine shitty towels not folded up and put machine. They bowl they used for washing is washed out, do not leave scum around the bowl. People there have no family would struggle badly with sorting out the mess they leave behind.
