Without it I'd defend my days covered in poo sand pretty miserable.
Earlier access a 'flu job at home.
Not once 'flu is going the rounds
The idea of 'shard' care between DN's and agency carers for invasive procedures is a potential disaster waiting to happen.
Agency carers have a fast turnover, some speak very little English. Dn's would be re-training endlessly.

Every day, receive the best care - the nurse today took time to ask how I was feeling and also asked about my welfare - this is something they do every day.
I feel I get the best attention at all times.

This lady has Dementia, her answer to every question would be yes.
She lived in a Dementia care home - staff are very happy with the service provided.
