I had already been waiting when we were told that the queuing system was by putting the red book in the tray. I was at the front of the queue and furthest from the tray. So two or three people were seen before me and neither the midwives and the other mothers said anything, despite me obviously having been there first.

- Helpful staff.
- There in not enough parking. I do not live within walking distance so can take a while to find a parking space, prom out of car etc. If with twins this is difficult!
