I'm sorry, but I can't remember the date of my last appointment, so the date I have given is an estimate. The appointment was within the last 3 weeks or so. However, Valerie Dowley explained to me how the dressing worked and what to do if I had any problems. I was involved throughout and asked if I had any questions about the dressing, and told what to expect whilst it was in use. She was polite and helpful and also explained what the next step would be if this dressing didn't work!
