The day staff went out of their way to make me comfortable, relaxed and make me feel welcome Sipo, Becky the cleaner and of course Paula the site manager, the nurses, everyone! Food was excellent. Medication was delivered on time dna done cheerfully. Medical situation was established promptly. In my opinion no improvements necessary.
