I am a live in carer for a 90 year old lady who has severe mobility and incontinence issues. Her pad order came incorrectly over a month ago and despite several calls, left messages and telephone conversations this has not been rectified leaving my client extremely uncomfortable, not to mention the effect on her day to day living and dignity. Appalling. Shocking. Disgraceful.

Suggested improvements
Answered the phone. Returned messages. Actually rectified the issue which was a mistake made on your side initially.
