The nurses are all very professional, very friendly and communicative. They all put me at my ease. I was most impressed and gratified when, in quite severe pain in my ankles, one nurse suggested I try a different medication to target the nerves, and it worked. Nothing is too much trouble to them, and I am grateful. An improvement would be - if possible - more accurate appointment times to avoid long waits both to patients and their relatives/carers. Also to make waiting time more pleasant perhaps some hot drinks on the premises? if possible.
