Very polite staff. Time keeping excellent for blood pressure and weights.
Consultant appointment 30 minutes late, but staff very helpful and explain situation.

I felt like I was involved in every aspect of decisions made about my treatment. I felt comfortable and relaxed and would recommend this hospital to everyone. The nurse was lovely. The doctor also was lovely and asked me all the questions which were relevant to me.

To put it bluntly I felt a lot more reassured when I left than I did when I arrived.
My symptoms were explained in a way that I completely understood.
I was impressed by the professional and reassurance that I received.
