I have been coming to Bishop Auckland walk in centre for years. Seen by Angela.
I have always found it to be wonderful. It is the best of the NHS. The staff are amazing. The best in the country. The standards are incredible and they are all lovely people. It could not be improved in anyway. I am so sad and sorry the service is changing. Now the will be directed to N Durham Uni Hospital/Dry burn which is rubbish - the A and E staff there are.
My doctor made me feel very comfortably and at ease.
Prompt.
Professional.
Given meds immediately.
Sympathetic manner.
First class. Thank you.
I had an appointment at 8 pm.
I was called by a male nurse around 8.15. Due to the nature of my illness he said he would get a female nurse to see me. I then had to wait a further 30 minutes as I had been put back down the list! A female nurse called me in at 8.50 and told me she had to send me a text first! Not professional at all.
Receptionist called out before we got to desk for name- no privacy.
It can't be improved, it was good.
Appointment system was good.
Reception was good, no complaints.
Dr good no complaints.
Just pleased to be seen.
Thank you.
