everyone was helpful & friendly & answered your needs asap. The domestic (Sue) took a great pride in her work as this reflected on the clean ward. Joy was very helpful with assisting the patients to the bathroom or your refreshments, she knew your requirements.

I was made to feel that I mattered. I was made fully aware of each procedure and treatment I was having. I feel as I have been allowed to recover at my own pace with gentle persuation and advise. Each department of the ward played an important and excellent part of the whole procedure from preassessment to admission, Nurses, HCA, domestics, physio, doctor & ward clerk. An excellent team that provide a consistent service.
