Much of the care was excellent and really made me feel special. However, not all staff responded and acted the same. Some of the night-time staff acted as if my care was a chore.

From start to finish my care was excellent. All of this staff worked at 100% all of the time. Any questions or queries were dealt with immediately. No problems with any aspect of my stay & treatment.
Would be difficult to improve on any of my treatment or experience.
