A. You were treated with respect and all staff took time to help myself and explain certain points even if they had explained it to me earlier in the day.
Great team work from Linda and Loiuse. Team was both drive the team forward, not forgetting Sue and Victoria who both do a very important role within the ward.
What could be improved? Mum.
Doing moments captured to further aid recovery and independance. ie in toilet are your sticks clude to hand.
Prompt attention.
Knowledgable staff.
Had not attended this hospital before but would certainly come back if I needed to.
Staff extremely helpfull, cheerfull and professional.
The attitude of the staff was excellent, as was all the facilities. I could only recomend more funding to carry on the excellent service.
Over a considerable number of years I have had protracked stays on Ostho wards following multiple fractures. Treatment, care and support at BAGH ward 18 I don't believe will be surpassed, even by those fortunate enough to have private treatment. My experience from consultant to ward claner was of the utmost highest standard. After care, physio, pain relief etc was 1st class. Everything about my stay can be recommended.
All friendly pleasant girls.
