Nothing could be improved.
Everything was good and fantastic staff.
No improvements.
I'm sure it would be difficult because of the uncertainty, however it would have been good to have objectives or requirements for discharge e,g these are the 4 things that must happen before you can return home.
Very attentive, kept informed of what's happening.
No improvement sI can think of.
All okay.
- A lot of help was available and always when wanted.
I was booked into the renal clinic (Dr Moore) at 1145 and the cardiology clinic (Dr Koziara)at 1510. On arrival at the reception desk I enquired if it would be possible to see Dr Koziara while at the hospital, saving me a journey. The receptionist checked with the nurses from each clinic and, after checking with each doctor, they agreed. I was seen by both doctors without much delay, and, after blood tests, left the hospital before 1pm. I was extremely grateful to the doctors, nurses and receptionist for organising this for me and saving me a second visit in one day to the hospital.
