I have had two foot operations at Bishop Auckland General Hospital. On both occasions I have encountered friendly, helpful staff who helped make the experience a positive one. I would like to express my thanks to all the staff on ward 20, they do a great job. I recommend, just a suggestion, that someone could help out with the teas, served to the patients. Coffees, toast, etc served to assist the staff who are already busy. Even volunteers may enjoy this role.
