Initially rang III to get an appt in advance to be told as i was travelling in a car they wouldn't speak to me. Only one receptionist available who was on a lengthy phone call- stood waiting to record my arrival for 7 minutes. Also ate and drank through the 1.5 hour wait I had. Triage practitioner was very blunt in her questioning and made me feel like I was wasting her, woman who saw me was fab.
