The personal touch and respect shown by staff was excellent as was the inter action between its staff. The staff were working long hours under a lot of pressure - extra staff is required this would lower the overtime bill, enable staff to give more attention to patients and raise moral. Facilities could also be improved considering the dibilitating efforts of a stroke, especially chairs and toilet area's
