The staff are very supportive and provide an excellent service.
Because everyone is great at the RTMS unit and friendly and are very helpful.
Thank you for your review, we really value them. Currently we have no new assessments and the ones we used are the validated ones. I appreciate they may not suit everyone's needs. We continue to review and look for suitable alternatives.

The staff cannot be faulted ever when working with limited staff they managed extremely well and still provided excellent care and support.
Was treated with respect and consideration.
We were kept informed of what was going on with regular visits. Information and ideas for delay with dementia was provided. We felt listened to.
I gave my answer because even when I was still a bit parra I still got help.
