Most staff are happy and ask how you are and that has a real impact on patient mood. Some could try a little harder not to let their personal frustrations effect their demeanor and therefore the mood of the ward.
WIFI would be useful.

They keep you in here to get attached then leave you to rot! Some staff S.P has no symothy at all and so disrespectful!
But other from that I appreate the help and support :-) : 1/2.

It was good to have and be offered my place of safety just for the needed. I am thankful and placement and treatment needed and I hope that I have not been an imposition, the rooms were neat and clean and very private and ensuite shelves bed sheets. The meals were hot and fresh throughout and the staff were most lovely.

Whoever me see they are all extremely helpful and approachable. We never feel me are a nuisance!!
