As the first assessment of mum, I am pleased to be enlightened as to the service available in getting mum home.
I cannot see the service of improvement albeit mum is now somehow tired.

The team were very helpful arranged a time to suit us as we do not get up early and have to travel to get here, and gave us both a cup of tea in a very welcoming room it was like being in a private hospital I would like this team to look after us more
