More staff with English as a first language as sometimes then the balance staff are overwhelming of none English British origin to much is lost in translation plus they dont understand British coloqueisms.

The care was warm, helpful and information. I do feel that my introduction to being in the ward was abrupt; I did not have good information on what day to day life here would be like until the morning after I was admitted. The ward seemed to be quite chilly in fact; the radiators did not work adequately and I had to request extra blankets often.
