Central Heating requires an engineer. Short term a portable heater in the lounge. The nursing and care staff do all they can with in limited staffing and funds.

I needed a lovely long rests. The same day I thought I was going to be homeless sleeping in bechetts path with 400 bags I ended up here with an ensuite bathroom and 3 meals a day. (4). I am very grateful for my care attended and feel so much better. I did not realise at first that I was being treated as a victim . Any animosity towards the staff at the Berry wood hospital or to the police was strictly unit ended. Even my medication was for my own benefits.

Review of ECT Treatment Centre written by
20th January 2015

I have been bringing my wife to the treatment centre for a long time, I can say that I am always treated with the utmost respect. It is a vey well organised place and since coming the staff have looked at different ways to make my wife better. They always listen to what I have to say and tell me what they have done and who the y have spoken to.it is always clean and as I wait for my wife I am asked if I would like a drink. If I want an early appointment for my wife I get one if I ask for a late appointed I get one, the nurses are brilliant

Review of CAMHS Inpatients -The Burrows written by
17th January 2015

My daughter gained trust in the staff and has two weeks. She tried two severe ligatures prior to this. She has been moved to a low secure unit despite progressing over the bst two weeks, having my leave. This move seems unfair and understand, as she was told if she brought her risks down, which she did, she would not be moved. The move is against our wishes as parents.
