Good: toilet a few hours a week, the patient go out unescorted we all need respite even if you are just working at your recovery. IT helps to put things into perceptive and see things from a different point of vies together strength to encourage full recovery.
- To be improved. - communication of change within your care plan.
- Options that could be explored when the route chosen for you is not suited to your needs.
Solution short briefing once a week.
