The nurses being lovely.
Everyone was friendly running the course, we were allowed to talk about our experiences in a safe environment. We were listened to and encouraged to participate, which was helpful to understanding about anxiety and stress. I was sad the course came to an end and would be interested in joining other similar courses. Tea break most welcome.

[name removed] and [name removed] were very understanding, always happy to listen and offer advice when needed. Very compassionate.
Dr. was very informative and gave plenty of time to answer questions. Put myself and husband at ease. Very friendly manner.
Very thoughtful and thorough.
I was visiting a friend in harbour ward as she had been sectioned it was obvious that she wasn’t coping and was very agitated she was informed that she was fit for discharge. She then informed me and a friend of mine that she was going to overdose if she went home we informed the staff of her threats as we were concerned for her safety, the staff member said oh she’s been discharged it’s up to the doctor so we had no choice but to accept that and take her home. A few hours later I can’t get hold of her so I visited her home to find the police and ambulance there she had attempted to take her life
Thank you for your review, I am sorry to read that you felt some staff were uncompassionate. The trust has core values of which compassion is one of them. I was happy to read that most staff where helpful. I will make sure that this is fed back to the team in supervision.
Thank you for bringing this to my attention. I have immediately passed your comments to the service manager.
