My wife was looked after by the best nurses I have met it did not matter what time of day I called I was treated with respect and the nurses always had time for me. This department could not be the same without these nurses they give you confidence

Dear nurses,carers and everyone who helped me
Thank you all so much for all your help, care, consideration, kindness and hope that you gave me. I have never known such wonderful people as those I met at the ECT Unit, Berrywood.
I want you to know that I am feeling much better, mainly due to you. I am still on my medication but life is worth living again.
I miss you all and wish you good health and happiness

It is a nice place to be, the waiting room is almost as nice as my room at home. But what is good is the care you get here

I would not like to receive ECT but if I had to have treatment I would come here as I saw people being looked after very well. The nurses really went all out to look after everybody in the departm

The staff here are very kind and caring and listen to what you say, I watched them with an old man and I would like these nurse to look after my dad. I watched them with a woman who did not want to eat anything and I saw one of the nurses sit down and ask what her favourite food was, who does that. The woman wanted a bacon sandwich.....the nurse got the woman a bacon sandwich. Enough said
