Someone on hand to speak with you, fans on ceiling when central heating is on.
Being treated more as an individual.
Good rooms but uncomfortable beds.

I think the way some of the staff speak to you should be improved. I have not spoke to my keyworker yet! Getting P.R.N. when I need them. I am still waiting for my E.C.G. to be done.
