I have been surprised by how good it is here. I was dreading coming here as it had a bad name years ago but the staff have been supportive, the meals are lovely and hot. I love going out for a walk with staff ,I can do this every day. I am looking forward to going home but I am happy here. I like having my own toilet in my room as I have always been a private man. There are things to do like drawing and games which I sometimes join. I have no complaints.

I didn't feel safe because of the ward being unsettled. There could've been more activities. And the same treatment to all, not tot 1, don't single out.

Thank you all so much for all your help, care, consideration, kindness and hope that you gave me. I have never known much wonderful people on this I met at the E.C.T unit Berywood. I want you to know that I am feeling much better, mainly due to you. I am still on my medication but life worth living again. I miss you all and wish you good health and much happiness.

The nurses at the treatment centre are brilliant as at the HCA's. They are compassionate, kind and very caring.

The team of nurses and HCAs delivering my care/treatment are beyond kind and caring.
Everything is carefully explained to me and all my questions are fully answered.
They are an excellent, caring team.
