We consider that David Jones has an excellent 'bedside manner' and deals with difficult delivery issues with a true professional manner.
He delivers difficult messages in a professional and sympathetic way and hope he remains allocated to us.
I haven't any comments to make regarding improvements as everything has been covered.

More support for patients not enough activities.

I think the new patient treatment chair to be better than the previous bed. I have now had 5 treatments (1st week) and no adjustments made on Thursday and Friday the two days I used the chair on the three previous days.
Monday 5 adjustments.
Tuesday 4 adjustments.
Wednesday 3 adjustments.
