Everyone is so friendly. Always remember things you have said. They make you feel safe, comfortable and always checking on you.
Suggested improvements
Nothing really. I have an extra 10 treatments as I have had a bad week with my mum's health, so needed extra, so I was calmer and no interruptions with worry.
