Thank you for taking the time to complete this feedback. We are pleased to see that you felt that you were treated with dignity and respect by staff. Our Occupational Therapy staff work hard to keep a diverse programme of activity available to all patients that meet variety of needs. Unfortunately due the pandemic we have had to restrict our programme and focus on ward based activity. Hopefully as restrictive lift we will be able to return to a more varied programme of activity. Cove Ward staff are also working on increasing activities on the ward and this feedback will help to push our plans forward with this.

The ECT team cared for me with great care and patience. That made me feel comfortable and safe without them I would not have had a new lease of life. I am grateful for their efforts and hard work.

All the nurses were so understanding but one amazing nurse called Paige supported me in every way possible and always gave me the help I need.

Nothing./nBut your losing a great member of staff it be hard to find someone as good as Paige.
