Physical health enviroment. Patient lounge, activity room and female longe no heating not possible to use those important areas the ward after 5 days of isolation covid created lots of problems for staff and patients.
Suggested improvements
Food was excellent. Cleanlines and infection control were excellent. Day staff not to bang doors and rush through ward past patients noise levels too high for recovery, physical enviroment are to look of heating and could meant only 3 patients could interact at one time in corridor.
