My husband Jack has been looked after with such care almost like family. The staff are the very best of the NHS. With dementia it's very hard to sometimes be patient but the staff always gentle. Always have a smile encouraging the patients I cannot recommend the staff here enough. Thank you for helping me come to terms with all I have had to contend with.

All members of staff work exceptionally, hard for everyone and did a fantastic { } considering the circumstances Ferne did a great job of keeping me distracted when I was low.

I have had enough and I want to go home.

Stoped smoking { } backy, do not smoke in berriward, harbour, but I am going to limit myself to 7 cans of carling a day.

All the staff were caring and professional I did have an issue with my consultant but was able to raise this.
Suggested improvements
Introduction and explantion to what was going to happen when coming into hospital (first time) structure or time table around meeting outside.
