Because every member of staff here is fantastic, they are very caring and empathetic and an absolute credit to the NHS.

Improve the patient health questionnaire and the 24 days as they do not make sense. I must have told you this every time I fill in one of these but still they do not improve.

Because the staff are all a huge credit to the NHS and are helping me a lot. It's just a shame it's so hard to get referred now as it's up to Campbell house and the are absolutely shite and should all be fired.

For the thousand time! Every time I fill one of these in ! The 24 hours as and questionnaire fo not make sense! Change them for Christ sake I keen talling ou this for 3 years now and so has everyone else yet it still remains!
