Share review of Berrywood Hospital

I came from Kingfisher ward at SMH where I had had a very mixed experience. I was very apprehensive about coming to Benywood Hospital as I had never been before and knew very little about the hospital. On arrival I was extremely upset but was gradually calmed down and everything was explained to me as much as possible by both staff and patients. The first staff member I met on the ward was Paul who was very professional but did his best to reassure me and to answer any questions I asked. A pleasant man. I can honestly say whilst being on the ward I have always been treated with dignity and respect and quality if care on the whole has been excellent. If ever I had to be admitted again I would have no problem with coming.
