I was treated by the fast majority of all staff with respect; care ; and kindness. This was lacking with one of the consultant physiotherapy Dr Hassan however and one HCA. Rules need to be consistent on the ward as it can lead to frustration and ill- feeling i.e some staff allowed a bath after 8 pm if not too late, yet other staff idi not, etc. Food was hit and miss ans inly are main meal a day is necessary, [lipster] food eg sandwiches/ salads etc.
