All staff have been kind and accomodating of my needs like helping find a comfortable sitting position for RTMS and letting me move around between treatment to help without problems. They have explained things clearly and answered my many questions. Thye have made me feel very relaxed and have been patient and understanding with me as it is been a while seeing people in person due to covid and I was worried about this but the team helped make me feel comfortable.
