The best thing about this place is the staff, a few in particular. There's Chris who is funny, kind attentive and is always making improvements to the ward. Like brightening to the hall ways with pictures so they don't look so clinical. I like the new layout in the lounge. It kind of reminds me of a cafe or something (to be frank anything would be better how it was).
