Staff were kind, service was ell, quickly resolved problems when arm moved during treatment. Catch-up meeting with names nurse was helpful, gave me ideas so - self-care for mental illness and reassured that its normal symptoms can go up and down.

Suggested improvements
Check weekly form-given has form with same afternoon both sides./nFelt when I would had a particularly bad dip in mood when mentioned the next marriage it was not really acknowledged and only focusing on postie. It would have been helpful to acknowledge how hard it can be to fault about dips and be open about having negative self-talk to best to acknowledge that and encourage to it doe snot come across as dismissing as can make it harder to feel comfortable talking about on { } occasions.

Response from Berrywood Hospital

Thank you for your feedback, we really do use it for our ongoing service developments. We will take your comments to our team meeting and discuss how individual staff members acknowledge dips in mood. We know how important it is for attenders to feel listen too and safe when discussing negative feelings. I apologise if you felt dismissed. I am sure that was not the team members intention, we will use this example for learning and to check our responses in the future. I am pleased to hear that you found time with your named nurse beneficial.
