The staff are just awesome! They are skilled with the equipment used and compassionate and supportive in all their dealings with me.
Suggested improvements
Not really. A coat hook and a mirror would be helpful in treatment rooms but in the grand scheme of things this is fairly minor!

Thank you for your review, they are really useful for our ongoing service development we really appreciate your time. You will find mirrors in the bathrooms within the suite. Unfortunately due the nature of the hooks we are allowed to use we have found that there are not fit for purpose they cannot hold heavy bags and coats so they were removed from the suites. You can hang coats over the bathroom door as an alternative.
