Staff were really helpful, friendly and professional.
Suggested improvements
I had to ask what the actual treatment does and how they equipment worked but was answered clearly and in a friendly manner.

Thank you for your time in reviewing your treatment with TMS. We really appreciate your comments so we can improve and review our process. I take on board your comment about treatment knowledge. We have since implemented a pre treatment clinic where you have 1;1 time with a staff member to discuss treatment and how it work and show you around the clinical area and machine prior to your first session.
