I frightened in the clinic. Strange staff trying to give me wrong medication. Yet on the bright side. Two staff were very helpful over something else.

I am sorry to read that you did not find the ward clinic a positive experience and you believe that staff were attempting to give you the incorrect medication, our staff use an electric system for dispensing medications and also have a robust medication competency which they all need to pass in order to dispense medications. It is good to read that you found some of the staff helpful.
