Staff are lovely, kind, attentive and reassuring.

I could have been dealt with respect and compassion. When phoning in from A&E to say I wouldn't make my appointment. I felt as though I was being judged over an honest mistake. One that I wasn't comfortable with, discussing in a buzy area to someone unknown to me.
