Nearly all the care staff have been extremely helpful, and kind. They usually do their best to accommodate the needs of individuals. I feel that the staff care about giving patients choice even if it's not always possible with time and routine constraints. My requests have nearly always been met. I think the 'communal area' should be more of a focus for patients and more cosy. At the moment it is cold and draughty and a 'cut through' for smoking into garden. Breakfast arrangements are much improved and also laundry arrangements and bedtime arrangements (light etc). Jubida especially is always bubbly and cheerful and brightens up our day. She goes out her way to help. She is friendly, organised, efficient and I always enjoy it when she is on shift with us.
