Outstanding Care received from Cove Ward. Everyone looked after my son well and kept us informed of his progress. We were allowed to visit daily buy needed to prebook visiting. [name removed] the carer peer support worker kept in contact and helped when needed. Overall fantastic care and if ever he were mentally unwell in future and needed to be treated in Hospital then we would be happy for him to come back here.

Please note these are only suggestions. I know that resources are stretched. You are all doing a wonderful job and it is not criticism but just somethings which would be helpful if possible. Maybe a online booking system for visiting as not always able to get through to ward when trying to book visits for same day. A lost property box for patient clothes or label them as sometimes clothes have gone missing. Access to a payphone or alternative phone for those who are too unwell to have / use their mobiles to enable communication with family. Family therapy sessions to help patient with settling back into family life / home life after discharge.
