Liased and will be in contact with Wayne Lawrence ward matron, bay ward, Bernywood investigating complaints and problems ongoing and has assured me he will feed back to me. Much room for improvement and same staff behavior quite shocking really. Simple start off would be to ensure all staff have name badges.
