Share review of Berrywood Hospital

I was very saddened to hear that there was a lack of support from some night staff to which this was fed back to the team at the time of the review. I, as Ward Matron, made regular contact with and all regular nursing staff- know the service user very well- and was able to support her through this difficult time. The Chaplaincy service support was also imperative and attended the ward with regularity to help and this was essential to the service user's care and treatment.
