-Respect and dignity by staff very good (staff-patients ratio v.good). -More privacy- didn't like morning checks maybe to be conducted slightly later or in eve. -Environment- very good, clean, modern, warm, books/flowers/furniture all in good repair. Domestics often- clean and comfortable. Landscaped gardens etc colorful pictures. Food and nutrition- Full range of choice and quality and vegetarian. Activities- extremely good range of O.T. exercise and relaxation inc. Alternatives therapies esp. liked range of art activities and classes. -Talking therapy;- no talking therapy. More chance to exchange and talk through. -Range of rooms;- Music social/art/quiet/relaxation etc. v.good (more time in activities) -Informative for patient and car needed ie care plan explained verbal not written.
