To be truthful, I could of had a lot more. Be able to see my care plan and go through with my key-worker. Communication skills are lacking so so much in this ward. Things that I would of expected them to be brought up in 'handover'. Repeat script are not always ordered. There does not seem to me that to be a team of workers, working together. Confusing, one nurse will see you, then a different nurse will give you something completely different and that really messed with my head. My prescription being written up, but then go back to the old ones. You really need communication and listening skills too. To improve please send your staff on courses for listening skills/communication skills too.
